Terms of Service Agreement for the Succulent Maintenance Live Virtual Workshop

By registering for this workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

- This workshop will take place on YouTube, an online video platform. After you complete your registration, you will receive a link to join the workshop via email 24 hours before the event. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a stable internet connection and access to the YouTube platform on the day of the workshop.

- This workshop will last for approximately 2 hours. In order to save time, pre-recorded segments may be included to maximize the live interaction with Laura.

- This workshop will focus on succulent maintenance. You will learn how to identify when, why and how to re-arrange, trim, treat and re-plant your succulents. You will also receive a PDF handout with a summary of the workshop content. This workshop will not cover irrigation, water features, lighting, or other aspects of succulent landscape design.

- The cost of this workshop is $99.00 per person, which includes workshop access, a PDF handout, and access to a recorded copy and transcript of the event. You can pay with PayPal, Venmo or credit card.

- By participating in this workshop, you agree to respect Laura and the other participants, and to follow the YouTube etiquette guidelines. You also agree not to record, copy, distribute, or share any part of the workshop content without Laura's permission. You understand that Laura is not liable for any damages or losses that may result from your use or misuse of the information or materials provided in the workshop.

- If you wish to cancel your registration, you must do so no later than 48 hours before the workshop starts. You will receive a full refund within 7 business days. If you cancel within 48 hours of the workshop or fail to attend, you will not be eligible for a refund.
